Total Care Counseling

Life, like the changing of seasons, can sometimes feel stuck in a moment of uncertainty.

It's natural to wonder if things will ever shift. But change is always possible—even when it doesn't seem so. Starting counseling may feel intimidating: fears of judgment, concerns about what others might think, or worries about appearing "weak." I've spent over 20 years working in various settings and have heard from many who hesitated to reach out for help. I want you to know that it takes immense courage to ask for support, and I'm here to guide you through this journey.

In our time together, we'll use evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and EMDR. These approaches are designed to help you understand your mind, overcome challenges, and work toward the goals that matter most to you. You don't have to go through this alone—together, we'll make the changes you're hoping for.
