Bringing Baby Home
Research shows that within three years after the birth of a baby, approximately 2/3 of couples will experience a significant drop in relationship quality and have a dramatic increase in conflict and hostility.
The Bringing Baby Home (BBH) workshop is a research-based and research-tested psychoeducational workshop that is dedicated to improving the quality of life for babies and children by strengthening their families.

Surviving Motherhood
Transitioning into motherhood can be both beautiful and challenging. Many women experience self‑doubt, judgment, and the constant pressure of wondering whether they’re doing the “right” thing—all while juggling the everyday demands of life.
This 6‑week group is designed to bring women together for connection, support, and shared understanding. Whether you gave birth, adopted, are currently pregnant, or are preparing for adoption, this space is for you. Together, we’ll focus on practicing self‑care, quieting self‑doubt, and learning to be more present so you can savor the small moments instead of getting lost in the “what‑ifs.”
Supervision
I provide individual and group supervision for LCSW-As seeking licensure in the state of North Carolina. I bring over 25 years of experience in the mental health field and more than 15 years of experience providing clinical supervision.
Starting your career in mental health can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. During supervision, you’ll receive the support, guidance, and clinical expertise needed to build confidence in your own skills. Supervision may include one‑on‑one sessions, group discussions, case reviews, audio reviews, role plays, and other strategies designed to strengthen your clinical judgment and deepen your clinical knowledge as you grow into an independent practitioner.

Consultation
Juggling the demands of work and life can be challenging. Employers and employees face deadlines, expectations, and daily pressures that can build over time. These stressors can contribute to anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and other health concerns.
Total Care Counseling partners with your team to increase awareness of how stress affects the body and mind. Through training and support, your team will learn practical coping strategies they can incorporate into everyday life, helping them manage stress in a productive, empowering way rather than feeling overwhelmed by it.
